Saint Pathanjali was the founder of Yoga. There are mainly 4
parts in Yoga 1.Raja Yoga 2.Karma Yoga 3.Bhakti Yoga and 4.Jnhana
Yoga. Yoga helps one live healthy in this era of pollution and
tensions.
Physical exercise (Aasana), Pranayamam( Control of breath)
and Dyanam( Meditations) are the methods of doing Yoga. If
you doing these three regularly it will help you to keep away
from tensions and strains.
Realising the fact and truth of Yoga the ancient Indian lifestyle
of Rishis and Sanyasi's(Saint), Sri.Raman Masters(Yogacharya)
started a Yoga centre - Kaavil Bhavan Physical Yoga Treatment
Centre- Nileshwar near Mannampurath Kaav about 50 Years back
has grown and became now a famous Yoga and Naturopathi centre,
having branches at Paalayi( Assramam), Payyanur and Kanhangad.
Paalayi and Kanhangad having all the facility for Yoga, Naturopathy
and Ayurvedic treatment for curing decease and "Sukha
Chikitsa". There are doctors and so many other trained
staff are employed under this Institute. Sri.Raman Master

the way of Yoga and lending a hand to solve their Mental and
